My Credentials

I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and trained with the National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy and the Washington School of Clinical and Advanced Hypnotherapy.
I am a practising member of both the National Council for Hypnotherapy (UK) and the National Guild of Hypnotists (USA) and as such I am bound by their Code of Ethics.

My training includes Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Cognitive-behaviour therapy and relaxation techniques. I use a variety of techniques with my clients, tailored to their individual needs. No two people are the same even if they bear the same condition; our perceptions, backgrounds and personality traits make us unique.
